Group Formatting
This tool is used for formatting objects, text, and imgaes together as a group. Saves the designer time of formatting each individual element. The user can format a group of elements at the same time with the same formatting values such as border, color, shading, or fill.

Grouping- Keep Only
Helps when the user is creating forms with the elements close together. If you need to format similar objects close together, but have other elements such as text involved in the group, you can simply keep only the objects you wish to format as a group instead of formatting each individual one.
